Light Shift: Sunlit Isles

by schteine

Slide an entire row or column to carry sunlight to a lighthouse. Moving one strip changes several connections at once, making this gentle island puzzle more about reading paths than racing a clock. The creator lists 30 islands, undo and hints, with a daily puzzle unlocked after six islands. This browser version is still in development.

A starting approach

Watch the whole strip before moving: the first two islands introduce a leftward row shift and a downward column shift. Try Undo when a change breaks the route. Our three-star results used the opening hints; they are a useful lesson, not evidence that later islands are equally easy.

Our play check

Desktop check on 27 October 2026: completed First light and Around the island, each in one move for three stars, using their opening hints. On the second island, deliberately shifted a different row and verified Undo returned the move count to zero. Later chapters, the daily puzzle and mobile play were not tested.
